The Minna landlords were strong on the offense, taking ample advantage of every chance with their sleek style of play and fast breaks.
The Champions started slowly in the game and were getting most of their goals from the wings, thereby forcing the defense of the Akwa ibomites to spread out before the Niger United started unleashing heart wrenching jump shots and standing shots. To cap up the game, Niger United made a series of fast breaks in the last minutes of the game to clip the Akwa Ibom team.
